Subscribe & Save Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the automatically recurring Subscribe & Save program (“Subscription Program”) offered through shop.nestlehealthscience.ca (“Website”) by Nestlé Canada Inc. (“Nestlé Health Science,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

Your use of the Website is also subject to the Website’s Terms of Use, Privacy Notice and all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements posted on the Website. By selecting the Subscribe & Save option and placing an order through the Subscription Program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Website’s general terms, these Terms and Conditions will apply specifically to the Subscription Program.

Subscription and Automatic Renewal

Your subscription begins once your initial subscription order and payment have been successfully processed.

Customers may select a delivery frequency of every 15, 30, 45 or 60 days, subject to product eligibility and availability.

Your subscription will automatically renew based on the delivery frequency you select and will continue until you cancel it.

By enrolling in the Subscription Program, you authorize Nestlé Health Science and its third-party payment processors to store your selected payment method and automatically charge that payment method for each recurring subscription order.

Subscribe & Save Discount

Eligible products purchased through Subscribe & Save will receive a 10% discount on the initial subscription order and all subsequent recurring subscription orders.

OPTIFAST® products are excluded from the Subscribe & Save program and are not eligible for the subscription discount. The 10% Subscribe & Save discount may be combined with eligible promotional offers and coupon codes, subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the applicable promotion or coupon. The subscription discount applies only to eligible products and does not apply to applicable taxes, shipping charges or other fees. Certain products, promotional items, limited releases, bundles or other products identified on the Website may be excluded from the Subscription Program.

Recurring Charges

For each scheduled subscription order, your selected payment method will be charged the then-current price of the eligible subscription products, less the applicable 10% Subscribe & Save discount and any other eligible promotional discounts, plus applicable taxes, shipping charges and other fees.

Product prices may change from time to time. Where required by applicable law, you will be notified of applicable price changes prior to your next scheduled subscription order. If you do not wish to accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the applicable cancellation deadline.

Payment Issues

If your selected payment method cannot be successfully processed, Nestlé Health Science or its subscription service provider may attempt to process the payment again. You may be asked to update your payment information through your customer account or subscription management portal.

If payment cannot be successfully completed after the applicable retry period, the affected subscription order or subscription may be cancelled.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription through the Manage Subscription section of your customer account. Available options may include:

• Changing your delivery frequency
• Skipping an upcoming delivery
• Updating eligible subscription products
• Updating your shipping address
• Updating your payment method
• Cancelling your subscription

Customers may select a delivery frequency of 15, 30, 45 or 60 days. Any changes to your subscription should be completed before the applicable processing deadline for your next scheduled order.

Cancellation Policy

Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it. You may cancel your subscription through the Manage Subscription section of your online account.

To prevent your next scheduled subscription order from being processed and shipped, you must cancel your subscription at least three (3) business days before the scheduled shipment date.

If you cancel within three business days of the scheduled shipment date, your upcoming order may already be in processing. In that case, the payment may be non-refundable and the final order may be processed and shipped, subject to the Website’s applicable cancellation, return and refund policies.

Cancellation of your subscription will apply to future recurring orders only and will not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.

Product Availability

All subscription orders are subject to product availability. If an item included in your subscription is unavailable, Nestlé Health Science may delay, skip, modify or cancel the affected item or order, as applicable. Participation in Subscribe & Save does not guarantee product availability.

Shipping

Subscribe & Save is available only for eligible orders shipped to Canadian addresses. The Website’s standard shipping policies, charges and applicable thresholds will apply to subscription orders unless otherwise stated. Shipping methods, delivery timelines and carriers may vary based on destination, product availability and operational requirements.

Promotional Offers and Coupons

The 10% Subscribe & Save discount may be combined with eligible promotional offers or coupon codes. Any additional promotion or coupon will remain subject to its own terms and conditions, including applicable product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, usage limits, expiry dates and other restrictions. Nestlé Health Science reserves the right to determine whether a promotion or coupon is eligible to be combined with a Subscribe & Save discount.

Personal Use

The Subscription Program is intended for individual consumers purchasing products for personal use. Products purchased through Subscribe & Save are not intended for resale.

Nestlé Health Science reserves the right to limit quantities, suspend or cancel subscriptions, or restrict participation where we reasonably determine that the Subscription Program is being misused.

Changes to the Subscription Program

Nestlé Health Science may modify, suspend or discontinue the Subscription Program, including eligible products, discounts, delivery frequencies or other program features, subject to applicable law.

Where required by law, customers will receive advance notice of material changes. If you do not wish to continue your subscription following a material change, you may cancel it before your next scheduled shipment date in accordance with the Cancellation Policy above.
